Outbound CV. Sarana Prima Lestari Group is a Refreshing activity as well as Socialization, Learning and Implementation of the "I AM CARE" Company Culture. Outbound followed by CV. SARANA PRIMA LESTARI Banjarmasin, PT. MITRA KELUARGA SEHAT, and PT. MITRA AGRO BORNEO.

The outbound was held on August 19 2023 in the open air at Taman Permana, Pelaihari District, Kab. Tanah Laut, South Kalimantan. Outbound activities are designed in an interesting way by showing various physical, mental, intelligence and spiritual abilities that involve all participants.

Considering that the Outbound was held to coincide with the commemoration of August 17th, the Outbound event also held the Independence Flag Ceremony of the Republic of Indonesia and all participants wore red and white attributes with various variations of traditional clothing and also patriot's clothing.

The outbound begins with a handover ceremony for participants from SPL Group Management to the Outbound Provider Team.

The main outbound event is a game session which is divided into 5 games. Where each game is played in groups and contains the company culture value "I AM CARE". The winning team from each game gets points for their team so they can become champions who are announced at the end of the event. The game is played in groups and tests group togetherness and cohesion. They must be willing to bend, squat and even lie down, for the sake of mutual success.

The first game is "Suit Body", the suits used are Japanese suits which are described by the body movements of each participant in the group. One group must describe the same movement (suit), if in one group there are group members who perform movements that are different from other members then that group will lose. The losing team will be doused with water in plastic as punishment for losing. Based on the first game, the company culture values contained in it are "INTEGRITY" and "ACCOUNTABLE".

The second game is "Tower Ball", this game requires accuracy, cohesiveness and togetherness in the team, "The balls must be arranged on the tower" quickly and precisely. The first team to successfully arrange all the balls onto the pipe tower will be the winner. The second game contains the corporate culture value "CARE".

The third game is called the "Gorilla Cage" game. Each team must remove the balls from the "Gorilla Cage" using the sticks in the hands of each participant. It requires carefulness, caution and a spirit of improvement to complete this game. The first team to successfully remove all the balls is the winner. The third game contains the company's cultural value, namely "IMPROVEMENT".

The fourth game is "Headshot", the Head Shot game is a game of shooting at a target above the participant's head using a gun filled with water. These are the covered faces of water shot targets. This game teaches accuracy (precise and careful) when shooting targets.

The fifth game is the "Arrange the Blocks" game. Each participant in the group is given a rope to arrange the blocks based on the number of each block, must not be reversed, and must be in one direction. Based on the game, the five cultural values contained in it are "EXCELLENT".

After the game session was finished, the outbound event continued with a sharing session which was attended by all outbound participants to express their opinions regarding the games that had been completed previously. After the sharing session is finished, the provider directs all participants and management to complete the final project which can only be completed with the cooperation of all outbound participants and management.
